Sydney Airport wanted to improve the wayfinding experience of their transfer product within the international terminal. Before implementing any changes, I undertook a study to identify the problems and potential areas for improvement.

The outcome was a report comprising three main chapters: research and review, explore and test, and recommended actions. Following the approval of the recommendations, I created documentation and the signage was updated throughout the terminal for a trial period. Due to the success of the trial, Sydney Airport is looking to make the changes to the signage permanent.
